How do I update my card or find an invoice?

Update the card on file, read the next-invoice estimate, download past invoices, and redeem discount or free-credit codes.

Your card and invoices live on Account → Billing. Only the account owner sees this page — admins see a notice that billing is managed by the account owner. The one exception is a venue's original owner once the venue has joined someone else's account: they see their own past invoices there (see below).

Update your card

The card panel warns you if the saved card has expired or expires before your next renewal. If a renewal payment ever fails, a red Payment action required banner appears with an Update payment method button.

See what you'll be charged next

The Next invoice card shows an estimated charge and date, listing your plan, any standalone products and any monthly add-ons. If a discount code is active, a green Discount applied line shows the reduction and the total reflects it, and a Your discount line on the same card says the discount in words — what it is, how much and until when — including one that has been applied but only starts at your next renewal, so a promised discount is never a mystery. Annual subscribers see their monthly add-on charge and annual plan renewal separately.

If your venue's billing is managed by an account

A venue that joins someone else's account keeps billing on its own subscription until both owners agree to move it onto the account's invoice. Once it has moved, the venue's Billing page shows a Managed by panel naming the account and the date the move happened. The venue's plan, allowances and credits are unchanged and stay its own; plan, product and card changes for that venue are made by the account owner from their Account → Billing, and nothing further is charged to the venue's original card. The venue's original owner — its admin once it joined the account — still opens Account → Billing and sees that panel with their own past invoices beneath it in Invoice history: the invoices raised before the move, each with a Download link for its PDF. Nothing of the account's appears there, and nothing raised after the move; the rest of the venue's billing is the account owner's. Before the billing has moved, the original owner sees an On an account panel instead, naming the account and the day the venue joined it, with their own invoices from before that day beneath it in Invoice history — each with a Download link for its PDF. The account owner manages the venue's plan, card and invoices from the day it joined. The account owner's Account → Billing shows a Your account invoice section instead: the next payment, each venue's lines, the Account invoice history with View and PDF links, and the Account billing activity list.

Cash-order fee statements

Where cash or card-at-venue orders are enabled, Cash order fees shows their separate monthly fee statement. It distinguishes new fees, available fee credits, an invoice being checked, and verified unpaid invoices. A recorded order refund retains the full proportional fee credit even if the earlier invoice has already been billed. These credits apply to cash-order fees; they do not add general account credit or move money to a bank account.

Use Refresh to check the statement or View invoice to open the existing Stripe invoice. A failed read offers Retry. Earlier unverified balances are labelled separately from confirmed figures. Small remainders carried by Stripe are shown separately and remain tracked until their later application is verified. If the statement needs reconciliation, contact support before arranging another payment.

Redeem a code

Under Have a code?, type the code and click Apply. Free-credit codes add SMS/email/marketing credits to your account straight away. Discount codes apply to your subscription: you'll see a before-and-after summary, then click Apply this code — you'll be asked to confirm your password. Only one discount code can be active at a time, so applying a new one replaces any existing code. If you don't have a subscription yet, the code is saved and used at your next checkout or upgrade.
