What's included in each plan?
The four ResoFlow plans — what each includes, the monthly limits, and how annual billing saves two months.
ResoFlow has four plans, billed in £ through Stripe. You can compare and change plan from Account → Plan and usage (only the account owner sees the billing pages). Additional tools are available as standalone products on any plan — see the note under the table.
- Free — free. The free tier: online bookings with the booking page and embeddable widget, your logo and brand colour, and the core service views (list, timeline, floor plan).
- Plus — £39/month. Adds deposits and no-show protection, SMS messages, customer profiles, staff roles and per-staff permission overrides, seasonal/special hours, booking-rule extras (turnaround time, duration rules, manual confirmation), CSV import/export, QR codes, Lite analytics and the activity log.
- Pro — £79/month. Adds marketing campaigns, ticketed events, promotions & offer codes (up to 3 live at a time), a loyalty scheme with Apple & Google Wallet cards, menus, gift cards (up to 1,000 live at a time), pay-in-full bookings, paid booking extras, pre-orders for large bookings, customer accounts with autofill, VIP flagging and birthday tracking, Wall screens (staff and customer boards, a menu board, book-with-us and event-door screens), branded email assets and fuller analytics.
- Complete — £129/month. Everything, plus Order & Pay (customers order and pay from their phone at the table), unlimited live promotions and gift cards, the waitlist and Smart services (including the customer waitlist screen and self-service kiosk on Wall screens), deposit scheduling, white-label branding, staff CSV import, scheduled PDF report digests and premium analytics.

Email, SMS and marketing allowances reset each billing cycle; you can also buy one-off credit top-ups that never expire.
Standalone products add staff seats too: each product you own adds one seat on top of the owner's, and whichever is higher — your plan's cap, or the owner plus your products' seats — is the one that applies. So a Free venue that owns two products can seat three people including the owner.
Standalone products
Gift cards, loyalty, ticketed events and Order & Pay don't have to come from the plan ladder — each is also a standalone product you can buy on its own or add to any plan, including Free, from Account → Plan and usage: Gift Cards (£25/month, unlimited live cards), Loyalty (£25/month, including customer accounts and birthday tracking), Tickets (free to start with one published event per calendar month; £25/month for unlimited events) and Order & Pay (£29/month). A feature is available when your plan allows it or a product you own grants it — so a Plus venue wanting gift cards can add the product rather than upgrading to Pro. Paid products also include customer profiles, CSV import/export, marketing tools and SMS (with no monthly email or SMS allowance — one-off credit packs cover sends), and unlimited transactional email.
On an account with several venues each venue keeps its own plan, allowances and credits — nothing is pooled. Today each venue's plan is billed as its own subscription on the account's card; once consolidated account billing is switched on, the venues' plans are charged together on one account invoice (see Your venues).
You can also hold no venue plan at all — that's what a products-only account is, and where you land if you cancel your plan while keeping products. Without a plan you get exactly what your products grant: the booking side (online bookings, tables, floor plans) is switched off, and you can add a venue plan back any time from Account → Plan and usage.
Annual billing
Every paid plan can be billed Monthly or Annual. Annual costs ten months' price — two months free — and the features and limits are identical; only the billing changes. Annual subscribers still get a monthly usage window for the allowances above. Monthly add-ons (Extra Storage) stay monthly on an annual plan — they bill on their own monthly subscription on the same card, separately from the annual plan invoice.

Comparing a plan with extra products
The pricing chooser sits alongside the normal booking-plan cards. Choose a starting plan (or products only), then any standalone product tiers you need. It shows the published recurring total for one venue, with fully included products removed from that total. Annual prices show the actual annual charge and a monthly equivalent.
A partially included product still costs extra if it raises an allowance: for example, the unlimited gift-card or event product can extend Pro's existing cap. The chooser labels this rather than treating the capped and unlimited options as equivalent. Your website and Your domain remain separate products on every plan. Plan inclusions remain available even when an extra-product box is unticked.
Only comparisons with matching or higher standard features and allowances for the same billing period are labelled as savings. Staff, storage and messaging allowances are compared too; storage does not stack across products and nothing is pooled between venues. Card processing, transaction fees, optional packs/add-ons and existing discounts or credits are outside the recurring total. Product availability and the final choices and price are confirmed in signup; the chooser does not create a checkout or change an existing account. A second venue on an account that has already paid is not a new customer — new-customers offer codes check the account's payment history, so they apply to a genuinely first venue only.
