What can ResoFlow marketing do (and what does it cost)?
What the Marketing area includes — campaigns, automations, audience, the AI assistant — plus the monthly email quotas, AI credits and add-ons.
ResoFlow marketing lets you send one-off email campaigns to customers who have opted in, switch on emails that send themselves, see how each campaign performed, and (on Pro and Complete) let the AI assistant draft — or fully design — campaigns for you — all from Marketing in the sidebar. It's Available on Pro plan and above, and included with a paid Gift Cards, Loyalty, Tickets or Order & Pay product; without either, the page shows "Marketing tools are available on Pro and Complete" with an upgrade link and the product route.
What's where
The Marketing area has four tabs: Overview, Campaigns, Automations and Audience. (There's no separate Compose tab — the composer opens from New campaign or a quick start; the image library lives at Settings → Venue → Image library, and the composer's photo pickers open it where it's needed.)
- Overview leads with Quick starts — Fill a quiet night, Promote an event, Email an offer and Send a newsletter — each opening the composer with the right design ready. Fill a quiet night and Send a newsletter also pre-pick the audience; for the event and offer ones you pick the specific event or offer inside the composer. Below them sit your recent campaigns, an Automations card showing what's on and off with a Manage → link, and (Pro and Complete) the Your AI credits card with your balance and top-up packs.
- Campaigns is one list of everything — filter it with All, Drafts, Scheduled (campaigns queued with Send at…), Sent or Saved designs. Drafts carry on where you left off, sent campaigns open their delivery results, and saved designs can be reused for a new send.
- Automations is the ONE home for your Welcome new customers, Win back lapsed customers, Birthday email, Post-visit thank you and Review request emails — each row says what it sends and when, and opens with Set up and wording to its timing/offer settings and its email's wording, edited inline with a live preview. Settings → Customer notifications points here instead of carrying its own copies.
- Audience shows who your campaigns can reach: everyone opted in, people who haven't visited in 3+ months, loyalty members and birthdays this month — the same groups the composer's Recipients step offers.
Your first 30 days. The Overview tab shows a Getting your marketing going card — a short checklist: Grow your customer list · Check who has opted in · Switch on the automations that suit you · Send your first campaign · Watch the results. Ticks appear only for the steps ResoFlow can see for itself (someone is reachable, an automation is on, a campaign has been sent); the rest are reminders. The card hides itself once every checkable step is done, and the ✕ (Hide this checklist) hides it for you alone — it stays for anyone else who signs in.
What it costs
Marketing is included in your plan price — Pro (£79/month) includes 2,500 marketing emails per month; Complete (£129/month) includes 7,500. (Venues whose marketing comes from a paid product have no included monthly allowance — sends come from purchased credit packs.) Images count against your plan's unified image-storage pool (2 GB on Pro, 5 GB on Complete — shared with logos, menu photos and event banners; see How much image storage do I get?). If you need more:
- Extra Storage (monthly add-on) — adds image storage 1 GB at a time.
- Marketing credit packs (one-off purchase) — extra sends that never expire and roll over between months.
- AI credit packs (one-off purchase, every plan since the picture imports began spending credits — the assistant itself stays Pro and Complete) — extra AI credits on top of the monthly included credits (Pro 30, Complete 100); see Can the AI write my marketing emails? and How do I buy credits or add-ons?.
Storage, email/SMS and AI packs are all bought from Account → Top-ups and credits — and AI credit packs can also be bought right on the Marketing Overview's Your AI credits card. Billing is Owner-only, so only the account owner can buy them.
One honest note on the composer: you write campaigns either by filling in one of nine prebuilt designs, or by editing your own HTML in a code editor. There's no drag-and-drop builder.
