How do I find bookings — filters, tabs, search and export?

Use the Bookings list's tabs, date and time filters, search, sort and CSV export to find any booking fast.

The Bookings page lists every booking for the selected date, organised into tabs, with search that can also look across all dates.

Tabs

When Require manual confirmation is on, online requests waiting for a decision show on the Active tab with an Approve button on the row — open the booking for the decline option. A chip beside the status says why a booking waits when not every booking does (Big party, Short notice, Special date), marks a Group request, or a Change to approve. With Ask customers to confirm they're still coming on, a booking also shows a Confirmed tick once the customer has confirmed, or a Not confirmed yet flag.

The toolbar

Everything lives in one toolbar at the top of the list card:

On the Active tab, rows group under service headers derived from your opening hours (for example Dinner with its times and booking count) while the time sort is active.

On a phone

The page header is one row on the List, Timeline and Floor plan views: New booking stays, Waitlist and Add walk-in become icon buttons (the waiting count stays as a badge), and the Booking settings cog and the page help sit behind a More options (…) button. The toolbar's own Filters and Display menus are unchanged.

Exporting to CSV

Open the Export menu and choose Download CSV to download the rows currently shown (respecting your date, time, tab and search filters) as a spreadsheet-ready file — including a Booking Ref column for cross-referencing. The option is disabled without the CSV export feature — the Free plan with no paid product — and its tooltip then reads Available on Plus plan and above.

Next to it, Day sheet opens a print-and-export dialog for any day or range — past days included. Pick Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 days, This week, Yesterday, Last week or Custom (any from/to dates); if you're already browsing a past date, the dialog opens pre-set to it. Printing works on every plan — a handy fallback to keep by the host stand in case the internet or the system is ever unavailable. Each booking's payment cell shows both money truths: what's been paid (with any refund state) and anything still awaiting — an unpaid deposit or a live payment link — so front-of-house can see at a glance who still owes money. For ranges spanning more than one day, a Print layout choice appears: Full detail (every booking) or Daily summary (one line per day with bookings and covers). The dialog's CSV button downloads the same selection as a spreadsheet-ready file, with columns following your include-toggles (contact details stay out unless you tick them); like Export CSV it needs Plus plan or above, or a paid Gift Cards, Loyalty, Tickets or Order & Pay product.

Clicking any row opens the booking in the right-side overlay with its status actions pinned at the top — see the statuses guide.
