How do I use the Home screen?

Today's stats, the Needs attention and Up next lists, quick booking creation, the Customise mode, and the What's new and Quick links cards.

Home is your at-a-glance service page: today's numbers, anything that needs a decision, and who's arriving next. If you added ResoFlow to your phone or tablet, the app opens here by default — or wherever you chose under Settings → Notifications → Devices and push → When the app opens, show (All venues, Bookings or the staff PIN page).

The top of the page

A greeting with today's date and a one-line summary of the day, plus the page's two actions: Customise and New booking. Whether you're open right now, and today's hours, show in the top bar's status pill on every page. The magnifying glass in the top bar is Search — one box that finds bookings, customers and settings from any dashboard page; Ctrl+K (or ⌘K on a Mac) opens it from the keyboard.

Today's stat strip

One flat strip of figures:

Customise

Click Customise to rearrange Home for yourself. Each section gains a small strip with Up, Down and Hide (or Show) — hidden sections dim while you're customising and disappear once you're done. Click Done to finish; the layout is saved for you on that sign-in, and other staff keep their own arrangements.

Needs attention

Lists today's bookings that need a decision, each tagged with the reason: Awaiting approval (online bookings waiting for your confirmation), Running late, Unassigned (no table yet), Deposit pending, plus seating warnings. Each row offers a one-click action — Approve in pink, or a quiet Seat / Clear — and View all opens the full list. When there's nothing to do it shows All clear — "Nothing needs your attention right now."

Up next

The next arrivals booked for today, in time order, with a Seat button on each row. When the day's done it shows Nothing coming up.

Clicking any booking row opens the booking in the right-side overlay, with its status actions pinned at the top; from there you can make quick changes or jump to the full editor.

Creating from Home

New booking sits in the page header, and the ⋯ menu beside it holds Add walk-in (shows Full when no table is free soon) and Waitlist with its queue count — clicking it opens the waitlist dialog. When an option is greyed out, tapping it shows a short message explaining why — for example that no tables are free right now, or that the waitlist isn't available.

The right-hand cards

Owners and admins also see What's new (the latest product updates, with See all) and Quick links — Ask Rezo, Help and support, Settings and this week's report. Staff using the portal see the same Home page without these cards.
