How do I add my logo, colours and images?
Upload your logo and cover image, set your brand colour and email footer, and choose the clock format customers see.
Your logo, cover image and brand colour all live on Settings → Venue → Branding, and they're applied everywhere customers see your restaurant — the booking page, menu page, waitlist, events and tickets, gift card pages, payment links, the customer portal, emails, the website widget and branded QR cards. Uploading images is free on every plan, including Free.
Only Owners and Admins see this page — Managers get an access-denied notice.
Note the save behaviour at the top of the Visual identity card: "Images save immediately. Colours and toggles save when you press Save changes."
Logo, cover image and brand colour
- In the Visual identity card, click Choose logo. As the guidance under the button says, a square transparent PNG at 512×512 is recommended; max file size 5MB, in JPG, PNG or WEBP. The image library picker opens — reuse something you've uploaded before from Your library, pick a ready-made mark from Ready-made, or add a fresh file under Upload new. A guided crop frames it square before it saves (it saves the moment the upload finishes); Remove clears it.
- Click Choose cover image for the large banner shown on your public pages. A 3:1 shape at 1600×534 is recommended, same 5MB max and formats — the same picker, with ready-made cover photos on its Ready-made tab and a crop step at the wide 3:1 shape. Your pages show the cover as a fixed-height band rather than the whole 3:1 crop — phones display the middle of it and wide desktop screens a slice across it — so the crop step draws labelled guides showing what each actually displays; keep the important part inside them.
- Set your Brand colour — pick from the colour swatch, paste a hex code, or use one of the presets; Reset returns it to the default, a neutral near-black that suits any venue. It's applied to buttons, headers and accents across all public pages and the widget; in your emails it colours the button and any offer box only — never a header band.
- Click Save changes to save the colour.
Every image you pick or upload here also lands in your image library, so you can reuse it anywhere else in ResoFlow.
Different branding for emails
Switch on Use a different look for emails to give your emails their own logo, cover and colour (*Available on Pro plan and above*) — the Choose email logo and Choose email cover buttons open the same picker. Each override falls back to your main asset if you leave it unset, and your overrides are kept if you later switch the toggle off. In every customer email the logo sits top-left beside your venue's name, and the cover sits under them on booking, event, gift-card, loyalty and campaign emails — cancellations, declines, sign-in codes and money notices carry the logo and name only. With no logo and no cover, the email is the same letter headed by your name.
Public pages appearance (light or dark)
In the Visual identity card, Public pages appearance chooses how your public pages look — booking, events, gift cards, waitlist and My account. Pick Light (the default) or Dark. Dark keeps your brand colour as the accent and covers loading screens too, so customers never see a light flash. If you've published a venue website, its theme takes over on the pages the website themes. Click Save changes to apply.
Time format for public pages
In the Time format for public pages card, choose 12 hour or 24 hour for how times appear on your public booking pages and emails. The default is 12 hour. (The staff dashboard clock is a separate setting under Display and layout.)
Email footer
In the Email footer card:
- Footer message — a closing line (max 150 characters) at the bottom of your marketing campaigns, just above the footer. Booking, event, gift-card and loyalty emails use their own closing note instead, edited per email in Email templates. This one control is Available on Complete plan.
- Social and website links — Instagram, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Google and Website fields, free on all plans. Links are checked when you leave each field, and appear as small icon-and-name links in every customer email's footer, beside the Get directions link.
Every customer email ends with the same footer: your venue's name, address and phone, Get directions, your social links, one line saying why the customer got the email, © your venue, the small "Booking by ResoFlow" line (hidden by the white-label toggle on Complete — see How do I remove ResoFlow branding?) and "Data processed by ResoFlow", which always stays.
Click Save changes when you're done.
